Obituary for Clara Norman (Roux)
Clara Lavern Norman of Hillsboro, Missouri was born on January 3, 1937 in Bonne Terre, Missouri, a daughter of Ruby Evelyn (Sullivan) and Raymond G. Roux. Clara departed this life on July 25, 2017 having reached the age of eighty-one years, six months and twenty-two days.
Clara was united in marriage to Alvin Earl Stotler in 1958 after his passing on December 2, 1962 she later married Dewey Augustine Norman on March 8, 1965 and he later passed away November 16, 1985.
Clara is survived by two daughters, Patricia Lavern Bollinger and husband, Randy of DeSoto, Missouri; Alberta Kay Causey on Bonne Terre, Missouri; Jason Lee Bollinger and Jessica James of Crystal City, Missouri; Ryan Keith Bollinger of DeSoto, Missouri; Cody Neal Causey and wife, Amanda of Lonedell, Missouri; Caleb Patrick Causey and Heather Lewis of Bonne Terre, Missouri; six great-grandchildren: Kierah, Jaxon, Gracie Mae, Zane Wyatt, Cydney and Kinsley; also surviving are other relatives and friends. Clara was preceded in death by her parents, Ruby and Raymond Roux, husbands, Alvin Stotler and Dewey Norman and two sisters, Theresa Roux and Georgia McClintock.
Clara loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a very kind, loving woman who will be very deeply missed by all.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 27, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Friday, July 28, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
A Funeral Service was held Friday, July 28, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Elder Kevin Pogue officiating.
Final Prayers and Burial were in the St. Francois Memorial Park in Bonne Terre, Missouri. Serving as pallbearers were: Cody Causey, Caleb Causey, Ryan Bollinger, Tim McClintock, Harvey DeClue and Randy Bollinger.
Services were entrusted to the care and direction of the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
