Karen White (Pinson)
Karen Marie (Pinson) White of St. Louis, MO was born December 20, 1948, a daughter of the late Roy “Rusty” Pinson and the late Marcella Roderique Pinson. Karen departed this life on February 13, 2018 surrounded by her loving family having reached the age of sixty-nine years, one month and twenty-four days.
Karen was united in marriage to David White on April 16, 1976 in Rector, Arkansas. In addition to her husband, Karen is survived by one son, Shaun Michael White of St. Louis, MO; one step-son, David Harvey White and wife Kelly of St. Louis, MO; one brother, Leroy Pinson and wife Donna of Mineral Point, MO; grandchildren, Destiny White of St. Louis, MO and Charles White of St. Louis, MO; one niece Jennifer Pinson of Potosi, MO.
Karen was a member of St. Joachim Catholic Church in Old Mines, MO. Karen loved her family along with every cherished memory. She always looked forward to time with her family and friends. Karen will be forever in the hearts and minds of those who knew her.
Visitation was held Thursday, February 15, 2018, from 12:30 to 2:00 P.M. at Moore Funeral Home, Potosi.
A funeral mass was celebrated Thursday, February 15, 2018, at 2:30 P.M. at St. Joachim Church with Father Ted Dattilo officiating. Burial was in St. Joachim Cemetery, serving as pallbearers were, Charles White, Kent Overshine, Harvey Reno, mike Williams, Sr., Mike Williams, Jr. and Michael White. Services for Karen, her family and friends were under the care of Moore Funeral Home, Potosi
