Doris Jean Wingerter of Mineral Point, MO was born April 18, 1941, a daughter of the late Tony Otto Goggin and the late Ethel Ann Renchausen Goggin. Doris departed this life on March 25, 2018, having reached the age of seventy-six years, eleven months and seven days.
Doris was united in marriage to Ernest Wingerter on June 13, 1959 in Ironton, MO.
In addition to her husband, Doris is survived by one daughter; Connie Douglas and husband Randall of Mineral Point, MO, two sons; David Wingerter and wife Traci of Hillsboro, MO, Tim Wingerter and wife Angie of Herculaneum, MO, four sister; Ruby Miner of Belleview, MO, JoAnne Crocker of Belleview, MO, Frances Lincoln of Belleview, MO, Donna Mills and husband Sonny of Arnold, MO, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by one daughter; Sherry Skaggs, four sister; Mildred Giles, Opal Bell, Shirley Crocker, Carol Shy, four brothers; James Goggin, Paul Goggin, Robert Goggin and Jerry Goggin and one grandchild, Ashley Skaggs.
Doris enjoyed shopping and working her puzzle books. She always looked forward to her vacations with Ernest whether it be the beach or the mountains. Doris especially loved her time with her family. Family dinners such as barbeques brought everyone together which filled Doris with joy. Her grandchildren held a special place in her heart. Doris will be deeply missed by all who had known her.
