Don Skiles of Potosi, Missouri, was born January 1, 1934, in Cadet, Missouri, a son of the late Sterling, Sr. and Julia (Vance) Skiles. Don departed this life Tuesday, May 7, 2019, having reached the age of 85 Years, 4 Months and 6 Days.
Don is survived by one son, Donald R. Skiles, Jr. of St. Louis, MO and by one brother, Ron Skiles and wife Sally of Potosi, MO. In addition to his parents Don was also preceded in death by one daughter, Carla Skiles, three sisters, Shirley Hayes, Norma Watkins, Carol Sue Hodge, six brothers, Sterling Skiles, Jr., William Skiles, Harold Skiles, Edmond Skiles, Jackie Skiles and George Skiles.
Don served his Country in the United States Army, enlisting on August 26, 1954 and being discharged on August 8, 1956.
Don is survived by one son, Donald R. Skiles, Jr. of St. Louis, MO and by one brother, Ron Skiles and wife Sally of Potosi, MO.
