Edna Rowe

Edna Rowe of Potosi, MO was born February 9, 1923 a daughter to the late Charles Grant Corder and Zoe Louise (Midgett) Corder. Edna departed this life Tuesday July 23, 2019 in Potosi, MO having reached the age of 96 Years, 5 Months, and 14 Days.
On April 18, 1948 Edna was united in marriage to the late Lee Rowe
Edna is survived by one daughter Kathy Thomas and husband Jimmy of Potosi, MO, 3 grandchildren Nicole Goodson and fiancé Robert Kratky of Potosi, MO, Taylor Goodson of Potosi, MO and Robert Thomas of Potosi, MO. 3 great grandchildren Isabella, Paisley and Nathan, nieces and nephews Karen and Richard (Garner) Maxwell of CO, Charles Garner of AK, Brenda (Corder) Miller of St. Charles, MO, Gary and Irene Adams of Potosi, MO and may other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents and spouse Edna was preceded in death by 3 sisters Alta Garner, Della Adams, Jessie Corder, 6 brothers, Ralph Corder, Raymond Corder, Rollin Corder, Lawrence Corder, Charles Corder and Harry Corder.
Edna was a member of the Springtown Baptist Church and always followed her faith. Through all, the Lord was her savior and she always shared his teachings
Edna was a kind and loving lady. She was constantly on the go and loved to ride around and discover new places on day trips. In addition to the open road she enjoyed the cuisine at many restaurants with her family by her side. She treasured the time she spent with her family and friends.
Visitation was held Thursday July 25, 2019 from 10am- 1pm at Moore Funeral Home in Potosi, MO.
Funeral services were conducted Thursday July 25, 2019 at 1pm at Moore Funeral Home in Potosi, MO with Elder Leonard Compton officiating. Burial took place at the New Masonic Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Jimmy Thomas, Scott Courtois, Robert Kratkey, J.R. White, Dylan White and Jon Boyer.
All services were under the care and direction of Moore funeral Home in Potosi, MO.
