Sherrill Sharlene Gonzalez (Squires)

Sherill Sharlene (Squires) Gonzalez of Owensville, Missouri was born June 19, 1955 in St. Louis, Missouri, a daughter to the late Benjamin Allen Squires and Patricia Catheryn (Weir) Squires. Sherill departed this life Wednesday, September 9, 2020 having reached the age of 65 years, 2 months and 21 days.
On July 2, 1994, Sherill was united in marriage to Antonio Gonzalez and together they shared twenty-six wonderful years together.
Sherill is survived by her loving husband, Antonio; daughters, Wilma Yarham of Springfield, Missouri, Sonya Portell and husband Timothy of Potosi, Missouri; son, Mikel Fuge of Owensville, Missouri; sisters, Madonna Lansing of Las Vegas, Nevada, Victoria Squires of Las Vegas, Nevada; brother, Michael Squires and wife Sherry of Robertsville, Missouri; fifteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Sherill was preceded in death by her sisters, Sandra Squires, Sharron Bishop; brother, Bryant Squires and grandson, Zackery Lee.
Sherill always had a smile where ever she went. She loved to play Bingo with her friends and family and read the romance novels of V.C. Andrews. She also enjoyed watching mystery shows on television while playing on her computer. No matter what the task, she always went out of her way to help her family. She will be greatly missed.
