Martin William Anderson

Martin William Anderson of Rosebud, Missouri was born July 15, 1936 in St. Louis, Missouri a son to the late Toney Martin Anderson and Kathleen (Byers) Anderson. Martin departed this life Monday, November 22, 2021 having reached the age of 85 years, 4 months and 7 days.
On December 6, 1972 Martin was united in marriage to Carol (Mabus) Anderson and they raised a beautiful family and shared many wonderful memories together.
Martin is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Carol; daughters, Tracy Slinkard and husband Robert, Angelia Hernandez and husband Pete, Suzanne Jones; son Larry Anderson and wife Carolyn; sister, Hazel “Scott” Anderson – Hicks; 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Martin was preceded in death by his sons, Mike Anderson, Kevin Mills and brother, Bobby Lynn Anderson.
Martin proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1954-1957. He always made sure his family was well taken care of and he loved his children unconditionally. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and spoiling them. He will be deeply missed and the loving memories he gave those he loved will last forever.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 1:00 PM at American Legion Post #587, Rosebud, MO.

Memorial Service will be held at American Legion Post #587 at 2:00 PM,
