Anna Mae Dicus

        Anna Mae Dicus of Potosi, Missouri was born June 3, 1933 in Northcut, Missouri a daughter to the late Daniel Cibulka and Stella (DeClue) Cibulka. Anna departed this life Friday, April 14, 2023 having reached the age of 89 years, 10 months and 11 days.

        On November 8, 1952 Anna was united in marriage to the late Willard Dicus and they lovingly shared 29 years together. Willard preceded Anna In death on April 20, 1982.

        Anna is survived by her daughters, Kathy Welker and husband Willard of Potosi, Missouri, Wanda Dicus of Potosi, Missouri, Donna Bergner and husband Dennis of Cadet, Missouri, Mary Martinez and Jose of Potosi, Missouri; sons, Quinton Dicus of Potosi, Missouri, Randy Dicus and Janet Cain of Potosi, Missouri; sister-in-law, Mary Cibulka of Imperial, Missouri; fourteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren and many other relatives and dear and special friends.

        In addition to her parents and loving husband, Anna was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Parson; brothers, William Cibulka, Jack Cibulka, Floyd Cibulka; sister-in-law, Virginia Cibulka; grandchildren, Willard “Little Willie” Dicus and Caylin Gensler.

        Anna’s world revolved around her family. Where ever she went her loving personality radiated to those around her. She was a master at embroidering and could make anything she set her mind to. She loved to cook for her family and made many signature dishes from family recipes. The outdoors brought her a calming peace. She spent many spring and summer nights sitting outside listening to the sounds of nature. Though she has gone to her heavenly home the love she gave will never fade and her memory will be a treasure.
