Jean Atwood of Cadet, Missouri was born on Monday, June 2, 1924 in Eminence, Missouri a daughter of the late, Easter Ann (Goforth) Conway and Charlie Conway. Jean departed this life on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at the Potosi Manor Nursing Home, Potosi, Missouri having reached the age of eighty-nine years, four months and fourteen days.
Jean is survived by two brothers, Earl & Hilda Conway of Florida; Wayne and Wilma Conway of Eminence, Missouri; dear friends, Chris and Jeff DeGonia of Cadet and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear and special friends. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Atwood, an infant daughter, five brothers, Emery Delbert, John, Lloyd, Curtis and Ray Conway and three sisters, Betty Johnson, Wanda Conway and April Conway.
Visitation was held Sunday, October 20, 2013 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
A Funeral Service was held Sunday, October 20, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri.
Final Prayers and Burial took place in the Bourbon Cemetery, Bourbon, Missouri.
