Andrew S. Aubuchon of Cadet, Missouri was born on Wednesday, April 17, 1918 in Tiff, Missouri. He was a son of the late, Alpha (Ward) Aubuchon and Lucian Aubuchon. Andy departed this life on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at his residence having reached the age of eighty-eight years, nine months and twenty-one days.

Andrew was united in marriage to Alma M. Reando on October 11, 1952 in Old Mines, Missouri.

Andy is survived by his loving wife, Alma M. Aubuchon of Cadet, Missouri; four daughters, Debbie Swyers of Springfield, Missouri, Sandy Aubuchon of Lambertville, New Jersey, Cathey Skiles and husband Gary of Caledonia, Missouri, Peggy Gray and husband Anthony of Farmington, Missouri; two sons, Michael Aubuchon and wife Sheila of Potosi, Missouri, Phillip Aubuchon of Cadet, Missouri; one sister, Loretta Patton and husband Dick of Cleveland, Ohio; one brother, Howard “Chuck” Aubuchon of Tiff, Missouri; two sisters-in-law, Margie Aubuchon of Mineral Point, Missouri, Wilma Aubuchon of Cadet, Missouri; special nephew, Donnie Reando of Potosi, Missouri; four grandchildren, Jodi Hamilton and husband Ryan, Andy Aubuchon, Lauren Aubuchon, Matthew Aubuchon and two great grandchildren, Alexandria Hamilton and Andrew Hamilton; also surviving are other relatives and many friends. Andrew was preceded in death by his parents, Alpha and Lucian Aubuchon, one son, David Aubuchon, two sisters, Alice Boyer, Dorothy Aubuchon, five brothers, Oscar Aubuchon, Harry Aubuchon, Leonard “Spec’s” Abuchon, Lawrence “Teak” Aubuchon, Jim Aubuchon and one grandchild, Jamie Swyers.

Andy was a dedicated member of the St. Joachim Catholic Church, Old Mines, Missouri. He loved spending time with his family at their family gatherings. He enjoyed spending time working in his apple orchard, playing golf and euchre. Andy collected stamps and enjoyed to play the lottery. He also enjoyed reading all types of books and working crossword puzzles. Andy was a very kind-loving husband and devoted father who will be very deeply missed by his loved ones.

Visitation was held Saturday, February 10, 2007 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.

A Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday, February 10, 2007 at 2:00 PM at the St. Joachim Catholic Church, Old Mines, Missouri with Father Ted Pieper officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Andy Aubuchon, Mike S. Aubuchon, Kenny Reando, Brandon Smith, Bruce Aubuchon, Patrick Aubuchon, Rodney Aubuchon and honorary pallbearer, Donnie Reando.

Final Prayers and Burial took place in the St. Joachim Cemetery, Old Mines, Missouri.

Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
