Bobby Pickett, Sr.

       Bobby David Pickett of Potosi, Missouri was born February 4, 1951 in St. Louis, Missouri, a son to the late George E. Pickett and Rose (Sansoucie) Pickett. Bobby departed this life Monday, March 13, 2023 having reached the age of 72 years, 1 month and 9 days.

        Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Bobby Pickett of Quincy, Illinois; daughter, Tina (Launer) Pickett and husband Kevin of Quincy, Illinois; brothers, Danny Pickett of Potosi, Missouri, Larry Pickett of Try, Missouri; sister, Robin Hausmann of Mineral Point, Missouri; mother of his children, Bonnie Francis, of Quincy, Illinois; 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, former spouse, Carrie Watson in addition to many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

        In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his son, Cory Pickett and brother, Andy Pickett.

        Bobby will best be remembered for his love and kindness he showed towards everyone. He had a “can do” attitude and a work ethic that no one could match. His brilliant smile could light up any room. He will be deeply missed by those who loved him dearly.
