Connie “Susie” Bowles of Potosi, Missouri was born on Sunday, March 29, 1959 in Ironton, Missouri. Connie departed this life on Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at the Country Meadows of Park Hills, Missouri having reached the age of forty-eight years, one month and ten days.
Connie was united in marriage to Dennis I. Bowles on February 14, 1994 in Hopewell, Missouri.
Connie is survived by her loving husband, Dennis I. Bowles of Potosi, Missouri; three daughters, Crystal Asbridge and husband Tim of Belgrade, Missouri, Jaimee Boyer of Potosi, Missouri, Brandy and Jeff Jarvis of Mineral Point, Missouri; two sons, Eric Boyer and wife Samantha of Belleview, Missouri, Drew Bowles of Potosi, Missouri; father, Paul Lilburn Eye and wife Judy Mae of Potosi, Missouri; one brother, Darrell Paul Eye and wife Jamie of Florissant, Missouri; four grandchildren, Makinley Asbridge of Belgrade, Missouri, Wyatt Asbridge of Belgrade, Missouri, Tionna Wirtz of Mineral Point, Missouri, Megan Jarvis of Mineral Point, Missouri; two step-sisters, Lisa Owens and husband Gary of Potosi, Missouri, Robin McWilliams and husband DeWayne of Park Hills, Missouri; one step-brother, Tom Jarvis, Jr. of Potosi, Missouri; five sisters-in-law, Debbie Lewis and husband Eddie of Mineral Point, Missouri, Donna Henry and husband Edward of Mineral Point, Missouri, Linda Smith of Potosi, Missouri, Shelly Friedt and husband Rick of Potosi, Missouri, Angie Schutz and husband Travis of Potosi, Missouri.
“Susie” is a 1977 graduate of the Potosi High School, Potosi, Missouri. She attended the First Baptist Church of Potosi, Missouri. “Susie” enjoyed spending time in the outdoors: fishing, floating, camping and riding four wheelers. She loved helping others, especially her family, children and grandchildren. “Susie” also enjoyed art, and loved painting countryside landscapes. She will be greatly missed by the many lives she has touched.
Visitation was held Friday, May 11, 2007 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday, May 12, 2007 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
A Funeral Service was held Saturday, May 12, 2007 at 1:00 PM at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Reverend Jamie Jones and Pastor Dale Blount officiating.
Final Prayers and Burial took place in the Redbud Memorial Gardens, Potosi, Missouri.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
