Brenda Ruth Burks (French)

Brenda Ruth (French) Burks of Mineral Point was born March 20, 1943 in Irondale a daughter to the late Edsel French and Verniece (Stout) French. Brenda departed this life Monday, November 15, 2021 having reached the age of 78 years, 7 months and 26 days.
Brenda is survived by her daughters, Karen Boyer and husband Joe, Sharon Moses and husband Loise; Brother, Sandy French; 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and many other relatives and dear and special friends.
In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by her husband, Talmadge Burks; son, Leonard Burks; sister, Linda French and brother, Sandy French.
Brenda loved her family with her whole heart and she cherished the time she spent with them. The outdoors brought her great peace and she often sat outside and listened to the birds and other animals. She was a master with a needle and thread and could sew anything she set her mind to. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
