    Carlyle "Carley" Coleman, 79, of Potosi, Missouri was born on April 23, 1945, in St. Louis, Missouri and passed away on March 18, 2025. Carley lived a life filled with love, dedication, and passion. Carley's passions were evident throughout his life. He spent countless hours cleaning his cars, a hobby that showcased his meticulous nature and love for well-maintained vehicles. He cherished having get-togethers with family and friends, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere wherever he went. His faith was also an important aspect of his life, as he was a faithful member of St. Joachim Catholic Church.

    Carley was a proud veteran, serving 19+ years in the United States Army. His commitment to service exemplified his sense of duty and patriotism.

    On July 2, 1966, Carley was united in marriage to his beloved wife, Charlene Coleman. The couple forged a life together that was enriched by family connections and lifelong friendships. As a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Carley cherished his role as a family man above all else, finding joy in every moment spent with his loved ones. He is survived by his wife, Charlene; his daughter Stacey Labudde and her husband Jim of Cabot, Arkansas; his sons Darren Coleman and his wife Jamie from Festus, Missouri, and Rodney Coleman and his wife Stephanie from Potosi. His legacy continues through his grandchildren, Allison and her husband Cory, Garrett and his wife Baylee, Riley and her husband Blake, Hunter and wife Christian, Layne and wife Katelyn, Emma, Zach, Luke, and Parker. He was also a proud great-grandfather to Lincoln, Colt, Theo, Gentry, Bea, Lottie and Casey. Additional family includes sisters-in-law Nancy Walton of DeSoto, Alice Coleman of Potosi; brothers-in-law, Butch Coleman and wife Sharon from Gulf Breeze, Florida, and Bob Coleman of Potosi.

    Carley will be remembered not only for his dedication to his country and family but also for his warmth and kindness extended to those around him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Theresa (Bequette) Coleman and Edward "Bill" Coleman, as well as his sister, Christy Coleman.

    Carley leaves behind a rich legacy that will continue through his family and the many lives he touched.
