Clarice Virginia Casner of Potosi, Missouri was born July 27, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio and a daughter to the late Guy Edward Toban and Georgie Isabel (Stockham) Toban. Clarice departed this life Sunday, October 24, 2021 having reached the age of 68 years, 2 months and 27 days.
Clarice is survived by her sons, Clint Casner and wife Bobbie of Mineral Point; Edward Casner of Mineral Point, Joseph F. Casner, Jr. and wife Rose of Lonedell, Missouri; sister, Colleen Davis of New Orleans, Louisiana; grandchildren Bethany, Iva, Guy, Cameron, Danny, Joey, Dylan, Tiffany, Areal, Kassandra, Joseph, Jonah, Casey, Clarice; great grandchildren, Onyx, Phoenix, Elizabeth, Wyatt, Maddy, Braxton, Gabby, Winter, Aeron; special friends, Jean Howell and Jana Turnbull, and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear and special friends.
In addition to her parents, Clarice was preceded in death by her brothers, Mark Cete, Joe Walker and sister, Lela Toban.
Clarice had a solid faith in Christ, her Savior, and often shared his Word with all she met. She loved her family with all her heart and loved spending time and cooking for them. She was a master with a needle and thread and made many beautiful quilts for her family and friends. She often looked at her scrap book and treasured the many photographs and memories. Her memory will forever live on in all the lives she touched.
