Cecelia Casby

          Cecelia Casby of Taylors, South Carolina, formerly of Belleview, Missouri was born May 25, 1927 in Irondale, Missouri, a daughter to the late George Stout and Edith (Bass) Stout. Cecelia departed this life Sunday, November 13, 2022 having reached the age of 95 years, 5 months and 19 days.

          On November 3, 1942, Cecelia was united in marriage to the late Henry Casby and they lovingly shared 62 years together and raised a beautiful family. Henry preceded Cecelia in death on October 24, 2005.

          Cecelia is survived by her son, Melvin Casby and wife Paula of Taylors, South Carolina; 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews other extended relatives and friends.

          In addition to her parents and husband, Cecelia was preceded in death by her sons, Wesley Casby, Clifford Casby, James Casby; sister, Vernice French and brother, George Earl Stout.

          Cecelia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She cared deeply for her loved ones and always kept them in her thoughts and prayers. Her memory will be treasured by those who loved her.
