Charlette "Charlie" Schloemer, born on November 20, 1950, in St. Louis, Missouri, passed away on September 5, 2024. A devoted respiratory therapist for many years, Charlie dedicated her career to caring for others, embodying the same generous and loving spirit that defined her life. Known for her heart of gold, she consistently put the needs of those around her before her own, earning the admiration and gratitude of her colleagues and patients alike.
Charlie's warmth extended beyond her professional life; she cherished every moment spent with family and friends. Her generous nature and caring personality created a welcoming environment for all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She is survived by her sister, Mary Louise Steuben, along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear and special friends who will continue to honor her memory through their acts of kindness and compassion—traits Charlie exemplified so beautifully.
Charlie was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Mary (Steient) Steuben and Charlie E. Steuben, who nurtured the loving spirit that Charlie shared with the world.
She will forever be missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
