Patty Kay Coffman
Patty Kay Coffman of Belgrade, Missouri was born on Sunday, November 29, 1953 in Farmington, Missouri a daughter of the late, Verena Yeager and Charlie Yeager. Patty departed this life on Sunday, February 10, 2008 at her residence having reached the age of fifty-four years, two months and twelve days.
Patty was united in marriage to John D. Coffman on November 7, 1995.
Patty is survived by her husband, John Coffman of Belgrade, Missouri; one son, Billy McDowell and wife, Heidi of Farmington, Missouri; one stepson, Johndavid Coffman and wife, Brandy of Belgrade, Missouri; two stepdaughters, Tammy J. Porter of Potosi, Missouri, Melinda S. Gruber and husband, Scott of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; two sisters, Charlotte Kunkel and husband, Charles of Belgrade, Missouri, Cheryl Bunge and Gene Atterberry of St. Clair, Missouri; one brother, Chuck Yeager of St. Clair, Missouri; sister-in-law, caregiver and good friend, Janice Asbridge of Belgrade, Missouri; one grandchild, five step-grandchildren, also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Patty loved being with her family and taking care of her dogs. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking for her family, fishing while she went camping and traveling in her and John’s motor home. Patty also enjoyed watching television with Rachel Ray being one her favorite shows. She will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends.
Visitation was held Tuesday, February 12, 2008 from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM and Wednesday, February 13, 2008 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
A Funeral Service was held Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at 10:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri with Reverend Melvin Reed officiating. Musical selections were: “Softly and Tenderly”, “Just A Closer Walk With Thee” and “When God Comes To Gather His Jewels”.
Final Prayers and Burial took place in the Palmer Cemetery, Belgrade, Missouri. Serving as pallbearers were: David Coffman, Billy Coffman, Bryan Newhouse, Tim Asbridge, Levi Asbridge and Larry Turney.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
