Edward Coleman of Cadet, Missouri was born on Friday, April 1, 1955 in DeSoto, Missouri a son of the late, Jean (Pipkins) Coleman and Edward Coleman. Edward departed this life on, his late son’s birthday, Monday, March 17, 2008 at his residence having reached the age of fifty-two years, eleven months and sixteen days.
Eddie as he was well know by, is survived by three sisters, Dorothy Richardson and Curtis Craig of St. Louis, Missouri, Pat Emily and husband, Rick of Cadet, Missouri, Mary Goodwin and husband, Leon of St. Louis, Missouri; three brothers, Jerry Coleman and wife, Barb of Festus, Missouri, James Coleman and wife, Diane of House Springs, Missouri, Ronnie Coleman of St. Louis, Missouri; special friend, Tina Garacia of St. Louis, Missouri; the entire staff of Tip Hospice of Farmington, Missouri; also surviving are nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, Edward was preceded in death by one son, Kevin James Coleman.
Eddie loved Mother Nature and her many gifts. He was so much fun to be around always joking and making everyone laugh. He enjoyed reading his Bible, listening to country music and the police scanner. Eddie also enjoyed playing cards, lottery tickets of all types and spending time going to the boats in St. Louis. He will be greatly missed by his many family and friends.
Visitation was held Wednesday, March 19, 2008 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
A Funeral Service was held Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at 1:00 PM at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Reverend Raymond Doussard officiating.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
