Tara “Bernie” Coleman was born on Monday, October 25, 1976 in Old Joachim Township, Missouri and departed this life on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at the Barnes Jewish Medical Center, St. Louis, Missouri having reached the age of thirty-five years, four months and ten days.

Tara was united in marriage to Fred H. Coleman, Sr. on February 14, 2003 in Potosi, Missouri.

“Bernie” as she was known by family and friends, is survived by her loving husband, Fred Coleman, Sr. of Cadet, Missouri; two daughters, Amanda Coleman of Potosi, Missouri, Kimberly Price and husband, David R. of Potosi, Missouri; one son, Freddie H. Coleman, Jr. of Cadet, Missouri; mother, Patricia Lee O’Brien of Potosi, Missouri; one brother, Dallas J. Vishino and wife, Angelina of Columbia, Missouri; five grandchildren, Vincent Sterling “Bubbers” Price III, Lilly Ann Marie “Lilly Bug” Price, Alexander Cole Patrick “Baby Alex” Price, Carly Lashay Williams, Alexys Ann-Louise “Lexy Bug” Price; stepfather, Clyde Courtway of St. Clair, Missouri; step father, Billie Hicks of Potosi, Missouri, very special nieces, Kylie and Kynlie Vishino; also surviving are other relatives and friends including, Erma and Ralph Hooker, Aunt Ginny Russell, Aunt Helen Miller, Melissa Daniels, Susan Swiney, Lana Sadler and many more friends from Potosi Dialysis Center and Dawn Spencer of Bloomington, Illinois. “Bernie” was preceded in death by her father, Richard Dallas Vishino, sister, Crystal Lynne O’Brien, grandparents, Robert and Bernadine O’Brien and Aus and Naomi Vishino, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Loretta and Ferd Coleman, brother-in-law, Clyde “Al” Burbank.

“Bernie” loved the many gifts of Mother Nature, her favorite things to do were sitting on the porch in the sunshine looking at all the beautiful flowers especially her favorite rose bush and watching all the birds. She enjoyed going shopping and getting her nails done. “Bernie” loved her Lord and serving Him. Most of all she loved her children and grandchildren and the time they spent together. “Bernie” was one of the sweetest people God blessed her family and friends with and everyone knew that her husband, Fred was the love of her life. She will be tremendously missed by all who knew her.

Visitation was held Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Friday, March 9, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.

A Funeral Service was held Friday, March 9, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Reverend Kenny Yates and Pastor Keith King officiating.

Final Prayers and Burial took place in the Sunset Hill Cemetery, Potosi, Missouri. Serving as pallbearers were: Rick Coleman, Steve Luebbers, David Price, Freddie Coleman, Jr., Brian Patterson, Stephen Luebbers, Eddie Reiss, Dennis Vandergriff and Jim Tibbs.

Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
