Amanda Cook of Farmington, Missouri was born on Monday, March 20, 1978 in Potosi, Missouri and departed this life on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 having reached the age of thirty-one years, three months and three days.
Amanda is survived by one daughter, Samantha Faye Cook of Farmington, Missouri; one son, Charles O’Loughlin Cook of Farmington, Missouri; mother, Charlene Rochelle Gallaher of Potosi, Missouri; one brother, Darren Lynn James and wife, Nicole of Farmington, Missouri; the father of her children, Joey Cook of Park Hills, Missouri; also surviving are many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Amanda was a graduate of Valley High School, Caledonia, Missouri. During high school she enjoyed playing sports, especially volleyball and basketball. Amanda loved her children more than anything. She also enjoyed going to music concerts and watching movies. Amanda will be forever missed by her family and friends.
Visitation was held Friday, June 26, 2009 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
A Funeral Service was held Friday, June 26, 2009 at 8:00 PM with Reverend Wendell Nipper officiating.
Services were Entrusted in the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
