Donna Lee Waln

   Donna Lee Waln aged 70, of Terre Du Lac, Missouri, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2025. Born on January 20, 1955, in Farmington, Missouri, Donna was known for her caring nature and her dedication to helping others throughout her life and career. She worked many years as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), providing compassionate care to those in need.

   Donna was a beloved member of her community, where she made a lasting impact on the lives of many. Outside of her professional endeavors, she cherished spending quality time with her friends and family. Some of her greatest joys included shopping, sewing, crocheting, and camping, particularly at Clearwater, where many happy memories were made.

   She is survived by her two sons, Kevin Todd and Jodie of Farmington, MO, and Michael Shane Todd and Nicole of Pensacola, FL. Additionally, she is survived by her two sisters, Debbie Groves and John of Desloge, MO, and Sandra Davis and Terry of Irondale, MO. Donna will also be missed by her three brothers, Charles Horton of Irondale, MO, Daniel Horton of Terre DuLac, MO, and Pat Horton and Teresa of Terre DuLac, MO. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Emily, Aubrey, Maggie, Madison, Owen, Andrew, Hayden, Karlee, Paige, and Ryan as well as her great-grandchildren, Oliver, Nixyn, and Salem.

   Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Deanna Mae (Birdsall) Horton and Kenneth Harlan Horton. She was also reunited with her loving husbands, Donald Vargo, Donald Ray Todd and Stephen Waln, and her brothers, James Horton and Jay Horton.

   Donna’s warm spirit, nurturing heart, and unwavering kindness will be remembered by all who knew her. Her contributions to her family and community will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
