Eva Vesta Drummonds of Farmington, Missouri was born on June 15, 1931 in Wamega, Kansas. She is the daughter of the late Howard Ames and Agnes (Clark) Ames. Eva departed this life on October 4, 2005 at Ashbrook Assisted Living in Farmington, Missouri having reached the age of seventy-four years, three months and nineteen days.
Eva is survived by two sons, Robert Creed and wife Judy of Golden, Colorado, Carl Creed and wife Susan of Yale, Virginia, sister, Rose Kaberal of Topeka, Kansas, brother, Marvin Ames of Oregon, and granddaughter, Collen Creed. Eva was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Dorothy “Tinker” Creed, son, Franklin Darrell Creed, three sisters, Janice Marshall, Olive Stevie, Lela Gunn, three brothers, Raymond Ames, Calvin Ames, and Irwin Ames.
Visitation was held Friday, September 7, 2005 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
A Funeral Service was held Friday, September 7, 2005 at 1:00 PM at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Reverend Bruce Torrance officiating.
Burial took place at Bellevue Presbyterian Cemetery, Caledonia, Missouri.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Home, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
