Virginia Mae Emily
Virginia Emily of Cadet, Missouri was born Sunday, April 16, 1944 at DeSoto, Missouri a daughter of the late Alba Marie (Bequette) Courtway and Joseph Timon Courtway. Virginia died at her home surrounded by the love and care of her cherished family on Sunday, March 28, 2004 at the age of Fifty-nine Years, Eleven Months and Twelve Days.
Virginia is survived by Seven Daughters, Peaches Bourbon of Potosi, Missouri, Sandra Bourbon of Cadet, Missouri, Darlene Richards and husband Donald of Potosi, Missouri, Violet Bourbon of Springtown, Missouri, Tammy Dobbs and husband Daniel of Springtown, Missouri, Linda Dobbs of Springtown, Missouri and Janet Wren and husband Shelton of Park Hills, Missouri; Three Sons, James Bourbon of Cadet, Missouri, Bobby Dobbs of Cadet, Missouri and Clifford Dobbs of Cadet, Missouri; ;Four Sisters, Helen Dobbs and husband Dee of Cadet, Missouri, Linda Farris and husband Melvin of Cadet, Missouri, Genevieve Dobbs and husband Joe of Cadet, Missouri and Faye Noningham of Festus, Missouri; Four Brothers, Clinton Courtway of the State of Maine, Bobby Courtway and wife Judy of the State of Maine, Clyde Courtway of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Tim Courtway and wife Linda of Cadet, Missouri; Ex-Husband Terry Emily of Potosi, Missouri, a host of Grandchildren, Great Grand Children, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and other family members and many friends. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one Son, Pete Bourbon; Three Sisters, Janet Courtway, Betty Evans and Beulah Shelton; Two Brothers, Homer Courtway and Jerry Courtway; One Son-in-law, Gary Sancegraw.
Grave side Services and Burial were held Tuesday, March 30, 3004 at 10:00 AM at the New Diggins Cemetery, Mineral Point, Missouri with Rev. Larry Walburn and Brother Willie Harris officiating.
Services were entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
