Lorene Kay Everhart

Lorene Kay Everhart of Old Mines, Missouri was born on Saturday, August 5, 1950 in Lamar, Indiana and departed this life on Monday, July 10, 2006 at her residence having reached the age of fifty-five years, eleven months and five days.

Lorene was united in marriage to David Everhart on April 6, 1980 in Old Mines, Missouri.

Lorene is survived by her loving husband, David Everhart of Old Mines, Missouri; mother, Freida Rae (Jarbro) Brown of Labadie, Missouri; two daughters, Jeannie Cieminski and husband Michael of Old Mines, Missouri, Amy Bell and husband Terry of St. Clair, Missouri; two sons, Adam Everhart of Old Mines, Missouri, Matthew Everhart of Old Mines, Missouri; two sisters, Wanda Mizner and husband Gale of Gray Summit, Missouri, Betty Fields of Labadie, Missouri; five brothers, Ralph Brown of Labadie, Missouri, Raymond Brown and wife Flora of Washington, Missouri, Jerry Brown and wife Bonnie of Beaufort, Missouri, Paul Brown and wife Dorothy of Owensville, Missouri, Richard Brown of Labadie, Missouri; three grandchildren, three step-children, Corenna Pedrotti of Sullivan, Missouri, David Everhart, Jr., Daniel Everhart of St. Louis, Missouri; also surviving are nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Lorene was preceded in death by her father, Henry Fredrick Brown, son, David Brown and brother, Kenny Brown.
Lorene loved being with her family, flower gardening and painting pictures. She enjoyed decorating during the Christmas Holidays and baking. She was a dietary cook at the Washington County Memorial Hospital, Potosi, Missouri for many years and enjoyed helping others. Lorene appreciated the love and care of her family during her illness and was most thankful for the friendship of their faithful companion, Precious, a poodle mix. She will be greatly missed by all of her loved ones.

Visitation was held Tuesday, July 11, 2006 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Wednesday, July 12, 2006 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Homes, Potosi, Missouri.

A Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at 11:00 AM at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Reverend Tisha Mundy officiating.

Honoring Lorene by serving as pallbearers were: Travis Mizner, Canin Mizner, Carl Everhart, Jerry Brown, Gale Mizner, Richard Brown and Frank Brown.

Burial took place in the Family Cemetery, Old Mines, Missouri.

Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
