Glenda Buckley

   Glenda Ruth Buckley of Belgrade, Missouri, was born on January 30, 1942 at Belgrade, Missouri, a daughter of the late Glynn Turner and Ruth Mitchell. Glenda passed away peacefully on Monday, March 4, 2024 while in hospice having reached the age of eighty two years, one month and 3 days.

   On June 27, 1964 Glenda was united in marriage to Donald Louis Buckley at Belgrade United Methodist Church and they shared fifty-five years together. Glenda Buckley was preceded in death by her beloved husband Donald on October 18, 2019. Glenda will be missed by all who knew and loved her including; two sons: Donald Wayne Buckley and Michael Glynn Buckley; two grandchildren: Heather Nicole Buckley and Dwight Quentin Buckley; four great grandchildren: Levi Michael Starr, Carter Lee Walters, Cameron Anthony Walters, Dakota Ray Lee Walters; sister Sharon and brother-in-law Charlie “Butch” Coleman; also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

   Glenda was preceded in death by her father, Glynn Turner; mother, Ruth Mitchell and two brothers: Thomas Turner and Robert Turner.

   There will be a private family ceremony. Interment will follow in the Caledonia Methodist Cemetery.
