Barbara Jean Gulden
Barbara Jean Gulden of Cadet, Missouri was born on Sunday, May 6, 1956 in Pekin, Illinois and departed this life on Sunday, November 11, 2007 at the Washington County Memorial Hospital, Potosi, Missouri having reached the age of fifty-one years, six months and five days.
She is survived by three daughters, Melissa Mae Buerk and husband, Timothy of Potosi, Missouri, Alta Marie Courtway, Michelle Rene Graham and fiancé, Hector Santiago of Zephyrhills, Florida; three sons, Joseph Homer Courtway, Tommy Johnson of Charleston, Missouri, Johnny Graham and fiancé, Ashley Mosies of Clarksburg, Missouri; father, Johnny Dobbs and wife, Genevieve of Cadet, Missouri; mother, Viola Dobbs of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; twelve sisters, Vivian Berry of Festus, Missouri, Christina Dobbs of Mississippi, Gina Dotson of Illinois, Shelly Lambert of Illinois, Joann Moore and husband, Scott of Virginia, Debbie Franklin and husband, Kevin of Illinois, Jane Drennen and husband, Robert of Cadet, Missouri, Paulia Young and husband, Jerry of Potosi, Missouri, Betty Drennen and husband, Virgil of Cadet, Missouri, Gidget Ratliff and husband, Carter of Cadet, Missouri, Viola Ruble and husband, Robert of Cadet, Missouri, Christy Farris and husband, Mike of Potosi, Missouri; five brothers, Danny Dobbs and wife, Lori of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Spankey Courtway and wife, Peggy of Cadet, Missouri, Johnny Dobbs and wife, Stephanie of Cadet, Missouri, Billy Dobbs and wife, Jody of Potosi, Missouri, Tommy Dobbs and special friend, Tina Casner of Potosi, Missouri; dear and special friend, William Farris of Cadet, Missouri; eleven grandchildren. Barbara was preceded in death by one grandchild, Sydney Leigh.
Barbara lived life to the fullest and enjoyed every moment she had to spend with her family, especially her grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoyed writing, singing and painting. Barbara loved spending time in the outdoors camping, fishing and collecting rocks. She will be greatly missed by her many loved ones.
A Memorial Visitation was held Saturday, November 17, 2007 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
Memorial Service was held Saturday, November 17, 2007 at 1:00 PM at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Reverend Ardell Gray officiating.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
