Alice Hauk of Potosi, Missouri was born on Tuesday, April 25, 1916 in Hawk Point, Missouri a daughter of the late, Mary (Yanashack) Phoebus and Mr. Phoebus. Alice departed this life on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at the Potosi Manor Nursing Center, Potosi, Missouri having reached the age of ninety-three years, four months and twenty-nine days.
Alice is survived by one daughter, Frances Harley and husband, Curtis of Fredericktown, Missouri; one son, Albert Kenneth Hauk of California; four grandchildren and many great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Alice was preceded in death by one sister, Kathryn Katie Spinks.
Alice was a wonderful woman who loved spending time with people and taking care of them anyway she could. She enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her friends.
A Graveside Service was held Friday, September 25, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Thomas Chapel Cemetery, Belgrade, Missouri.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
