Norma Jean Hull
Norma Jean Hull of Potosi, Missouri formerly of Irondale, Missouri was born in Desloge, Missouri on July 26, 1924. Norma is the daughter of the late Brian and Mary Alice (Richardson) Deatherage. Norma departed this life on May 15, 2005 at Potosi Manor in Potosi, Missouri, having reached the age of eighty years, nine months, and twenty days.
Norma was united in marriage on November 7, 1946 to Marvin Hull in St. Louis, Missouri, and were blessed with two sons.
Norma is survived by two sons; Dennis Hull and wife Patti of Irondale, Missouri, Rick Hull of Irondale, Missouri, two sisters; Geneva Moore of Midwest City, Oklahoma, Edith Melton of Harrah, Oklahoma, brother; Vernon Deatherage of St. Peters, Missouri, grandson; Brandon Hull of Irondale, Missouri, and great grandson; Brandon Hull Jr. Norma was preceded in death by her husband; Marvin Hull on January 24, 2003, two sisters; Dorothy Longacre, and Edna Cannon.
Norma will always be remember by her family and friends as a kind and wonderful woman. Norma loved to spend time with her family, play rummy, and do her puzzle books. She also took great joy in watching all of the amazing wildlife in the world. Norma was a long time member of the Irondale Order of Eastern Star Chapter #166.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 17, 2005 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Wednesday, May 18, 2005 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home in Potosi, Missouri.
A Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, May 18, 2005 at 2:00 PM at the Moore Memorial Chapel in Potosi, Missouri, with Reverend Bruce Torrence officiating.
Burial took place on Wednesday, May 18, 2005 at the Bellevue Presbyterian Cemetery in Caledonia, Missouri.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Home, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
