Catherine Juliette of Cadet, Missouri was born on Monday, February 6, 1950 in Potosi, Missouri a daughter of the late, Mary Lillian (Coleman) Luther and Robert Ellis Luther. Catherine departed this life on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 at her residence having reached the age of fifty-seven years and fifteen days.
Catherine was united in marriage to Patrick “Toon” Juliette on April 27, 1968 in Tiff, Missouri and they were blessed with three children.
Catherine is survived by one daughter, Dana Phares and husband Marvin of Cadet, Missouri; two sons, Stacy Juliette and wife Julie of Mineral Point, Missouri, Tracy Juliette and wife Leslie of Cadet, Missouri; five brothers, Robert Luther and wife Catherine of Cadet, Missouri, Paul Luther and wife Fay of Cadet, Missouri, Francis Luther of St. Genevieve, Missouri, Danny Luther of Cadet, Missouri, Doug Luther and wife Nancy of Cadet, Missouri; four sisters, Erma Jean Roberson of Nashville, Tennessee, Karen Sue Kincaid and husband Glennon of Cadet, Missouri, Barbara Ann Politte and husband John Curtis of Cadet, Missouri, Mary Ann Politte and husband Ronnie of Cadet, Missouri; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild, Maddison. In addition to her parents Catherine was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick “Toon” Juliette who passed away Saturday, February 17, 2007 and one brother, Willis “Billy” Luther.
Catherine loved cooking for her family, friends and even cooked for Kingston K-14 School District for many years. She enjoyed working in her flower garden and spending time with her grandchildren. Catherine was a very kind loving woman who will be deeply missed.
Visitation was held Friday, February 23, 2007 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday, February 24, 2007 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
A Funeral Service was held Saturday, February 24, 2007 at 10:00 AM at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Father Ted Pieper officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Paul Allen Luther, Billy Wayne Luther, Darren Politte, Curtis Politte, Jr., Jeff Luther, Donnie Ray Luther, David Eckhoff and Thomas Kincaid.
Catherine was laid to rest next to her loving husband and soulmate Patrick “Toon” Juliette in the St. Joachim Catholic Cemetery, Old Mines, Missouri.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
