Nelda Kelley of Farmington, Missouri was born on October 7, 1949 in Farmington, Missouri a daughter of the late, Melba Irene (Cook) Jones and John Calvin Jones. Nelda departed this life on Saturday, March 1, 2008 at her residence having reached the age of fifty-eight years, four months and twenty-two days.
Nelda is survived by one daughter, Tabatha Knox and husband, Steve of Herculaneum, Missouri; two sons, Gary Allen Woods and wife, Terry of Park Hills, Missouri, James Calvin Kelley and wife, Christal of Farmington, Missouri; two sisters, Mary Smith and husband, Donald of Arizona, Joyce Stratman and husband, Stanley of St. Louis, Missouri; two brothers, John Calvin Jones, Jr. and wife, Loretta of Potosi, Missouri, Charles L. Jones and wife, Tracy of St. Louis, Missouri; fourteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren, also surviving are nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Visitation was held Monday, March 3, 2008 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
A Memorial Service was held Monday, March 3, 2008 at 4:00 PM at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Reverend Leonard Compton officiating.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
