Beulah B (Buxton) Kernan of Presbyterian Manor Farmington, Missouri passed away on November 26, 2011, at the age of 90 years and 7 months. She was born on March 29, 1921, the daughter of the late Toney E and Dessie (Brewer) Buxton.
Beulah was united in marriage to Raymond H (Buster) Kernan on January 30, 1939. To this union 6 children were born.
Beulah was one of ten children. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Kernan, four sisters Marie Bailey, Ethel Wieble, Ruby Rasnic, Betty Labudde, five brothers Edger, Oscar, Arnold, Donald, and baby Bobbie.
Among those who remain to mourn her passing are two daughters, Rosemary (Buddy) Phillips of Mesa, Arizona, Arleen (James) Brewster of Paradise, Texas, four sons, Patrick and wife Wilma of Farmington, Missouri, Thomas and wife Kathy of High Ridge, Missouri, Donald and wife Joyce of Farmington, Missouri and John of Downers Grove, Illinois, Fourteen Grandchildren, Numerous Great Grandchildren, Great Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Beulah was a lifelong member of The First Baptist Church in Irondale, Missouri.
Some of her favorite pastimes were dancing, working in her garden or to just working outdoors enjoying the many beautiful gifts of Mother Nature.
Visitation was held 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday November 28, 2011 at Moore Funeral Home in Irondale, Missouri.
A Funeral Service was held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday November 29, 2011 at Moore Funeral Home in Irondale, Missouri with Reverend Leonard Huber officiating. Serving as Pallbearers were Chip Bradley, Robbie Brewster, Brian McEntire, Patrick Mooney, Jimmy Buxton and Bryan O’Neail.
Interment took place at the Big River Cemetery Irondale, Missouri
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 104 Oak Street, Irondale, Missouri.
