LaVern Miller

   LaVern Miller, a beloved soul who touched the lives of many, passed away on June 10, 2024. She was born on February 2, 1941, in Old Mines, Missouri, to her parents Mary Helen (Boyer) and Ralph John Saunders.

   LaVern's warm and loving personality endeared her to all who knew her. She was known for her selfless nature, always putting others before herself. Her proudest accomplishments were being a devoted mother and grandmother, roles she cherished above all else.

   In her leisure time, LaVern found joy in simple pleasures like spending quality moments with her family and friends. Her kind spirit and caring ways created lasting memories for those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with her.

   LaVern leaves behind a legacy of love and beautiful memories. She was preceded in death by her parents Mary and Ralph Saunders, son John Miller, husband Jack Miller, and several other relatives and friends.

   She is survived by her four sons: James and wife Barbara of Potosi, Jerry and wife Tina of Cadet, Joseph and wife Lisa of Bloomfield, Jeffery and wife Stacey of Potosi. Her grandchildren James, Josh and special friend Matt, Jory and wife Kay, Johnny and fiancé Tierra, Kayla and husband Robbie, Kyle and wife Kelsi, Ashley and husband Kody, Jacob, Grace, Megan, Cody and wife Lindsey, Tyler, Hunter and wife Shelby, Emily and husband Brad, Alex and wife Raquel, Justin and fiancé Maddie, Bradley and fiancé Shyanna, Taylor and husband Travis, Breann and fiancé Trenton, Blaire, Shelton will always hold her close to their hearts.

   Additionally, LaVern is survived by 41 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson, Ransom. Her brother Larry Saunders and sister Cecilia Slatton also mourn her loss.

   Though LaVern may have left this world, the love she shared with all who knew her will continue to illuminate their lives forevermore.
