Desiree Nicole Link of Potosi, Missouri was born March 3, 1994 in St. Louis, Missouri. Desiree departed this life Monday, March 29, 2021 having reached the age of 27 years and 26 days.
Desiree is survived by her loving parents, Tanya and Leslie Wood of Mineral Point, Missouri; brother and sister, Kaylee Wood and Andrew Wood of Mineral Point, Missouri; grandmother, Mary Cook of Mineral Point, Missouri, grandfather, Jim Wood of Cadet, Missouri; great grandmother, Virginia Link of Potosi, Missouri and many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews other relatives and special friends.
Desiree was preceded in death by her grandfather, Phillip Cook and great grandparents, Jim and Patsy Wood.
Desiree was a kind and caring friend to all she met. If a friend was in need, she rushed to their side and made sure they were taken care of. She loved helping people and that love extended into her daily work at the nursing home. She always had a smile on her face and could light up any room she entered. She loved listening to music, shopping and traveling with her friends and family. Her memory will be treasured by all the lives she touched and she will be deeply missed by those who loved her.
