Lisa Musser

    Lisa Musser, unexpectedly passed away on July 31, 2023. Born on October 19, 1970, in Bloomington, Indiana, Lisa was known for her warm heart and selfless nature. She touched the lives of many with her kindness and compassion throughout her years.

    Lisa's legacy is survived by her beloved children: Katheryn Musser, Elizabeth Musser and her husband Nicholas Thomas, Abigail Musser and her husband Collin, and Jeffrey Musser. Lisa's nurturing spirit was evident in the close bond she shared with her children. She provided them with unwavering support and unconditional love, guiding them through life's challenges. Lisa hugely loved her loyal dogs who were always by her side.

    Raised with love by her mother Joanne Dee England, Lisa was instilled with strong family values from a young age. Joanne's influence played a significant role in shaping Lisa into the exceptional woman she became. Lisa cherished the relationship she had with her mother and carried forward those values in raising her own children. Lisa was also a dear sister to Melinda Williams and her husband Thomas. Together as siblings, they shared countless memories filled with joy and laughter. She passionately loved her children and grandchildren and was always eager to share her postings about them on her Facebook page or in conversation with just about anyone.

    As a doting grandmother to Paislee, Elektra, and Landyn, Lisa embraced her role with enthusiasm and tenderness. She adored each grandchild dearly, cherishing every moment spent together. Beyond the immediate family circle, Lisa leaves behind numerous friends who were touched by her compassion and genuine care. Her kind nature radiated warmth wherever she went, making it effortless for others to connect with her on both personal and deeper level. She always had an ear to listen and was a great friend who genuinely listened. Despite this deep loss, it is essential to remember that Lisa lived a life filled with love. She loved playing bingo and traveling when she could. Her legacy will endure through the lives she influenced and the memories she created.

   A Celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 2PM at Follis Place of Madison County.    

   In lieu of flowers the family is requesting monetary donations at the Memorial/Celebration of Life for Lisa's grandchildren.
