Mary Ann Ames

   Mary Ann Ames, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away May 5, 2024. She was known for her unwavering love and dedication to her family throughout her life.

   Born on July 1, 1939, Mary was a beacon of warmth and kindness. Those who knew her will always remember loving nature and the joy she found in spending time with her grandchildren. Her memories will forever live on in hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.

   Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Leora (Dee) Sells and Charlie Sells, her sons Robert Ames and Kenneth Ames, as well as her husband Harold Ames. Although she is no longer with us, Mary's legacy will continue through the love she shared with her family.

   She is survived by her two sons: Gary Ames and wife Kimberly of Potosi, MO, and Darrell Ames and wife Leslie of Potosi, MO. Mary also leaves behind nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren who will carry forward the memories of their beloved matriarch.

   In honoring Mary's life, let us cherish the moments we shared with her and find comfort in knowing that she touched the lives of so many with her loving spirit.
