Richard Menees of Hillsboro, Missouri was born on September 20, 1955 in St. Louis, Missouri a son of the late, Jewel Beatrice (Holmes) Meness and Lea Steven Menees. Richard departed this life on April 17, 2010 at his residence having reached the age of fifty-four years, three months and twenty-eight days.
Richard is survived by one sister, Beverly Brock and husband, James of Park Hills, Missouri; six brothers, Ronnie Menees of Park Hills, Missouri, Steven Menees and wife, Barbara of Farmington, Missouri, James Menees and wife, Tina of Cedar Hill, Missouri, Michael Menees of Hematite, Missouri, Daniel Menees and wife, Cheryl of Richwoods, Missouri, Kenneth Menees and wife Glenda of Bonne Terre, Missouri; also surviving are nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends in the House Springs Area.
Richard was a strong believer in God and was always willing to profess his faith with anyone willing to hear about the Lord. He enjoyed listening to music and working on electrical equipment. His talents enabled him to take a large box of parts and assemble them into working electrical components. Richard will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A Graveside Service was held Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Redbud Memorial Garden Cemetery, Potosi, Missouri with Reverend Bruce Torrence officiating.
Burial was in the Redbud Memorial Garden Cemetery, Potosi, Missouri.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
