Charles Wayne Mesey

Charles Wayne Mesey (Chuck) went to Heaven on October 27, 2011 having reached the age of twenty-nine years. God needed his help with a special project and knew that Chuck would never turn him down as he was always trying to help everyone. He always made sure that we all had what we needed even if he had to sacrifice his own needs in order to make it happen. He was an amazing and caring person who filled everyone’s hearts with love and happiness. He was a big joker and loved to goof around and have fun.

He will be remembered for his warm smile and remarkable personality. He loved to be surrounded by people and adored all the children in his life. He loved to draw and play hockey and helped many others to enjoy his hobbies as much as he did. Chuck is now in Heaven meeting his sister Lisa for the first time and enjoying the company of so many others.

Those left to mourn him are his parents Charles and Ramona Mesey of Cadet, his sisters: Theresa and husband James Kircher, Marcia and husband Danny Bone. His brothers: John and wife Audria Mesey, Donald Mesey and partner Chris Benton, Jason and wife Jackie Mesey. Nieces: Teresa, Jamie, Amber and Hannah. Nephews: James, Daniel, John and Nick. Great-Niece: Lillian and Great-Nephews: Kaleb and Silas. He also had many more family members and friends that will miss him dearly. We all miss him more than any words could explain and know that he is up in Heaven watching over us and taking care of us, as always.

Memorial Visitation was held Tuesday, November 1, 2011 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.

A Memorial Service was held Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at 6:00 PM at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Father Ted Pieper officiating.

Memorials may be directed to the family in memory of “Chuck” at the Unico Bank 625 Veterans Drive, Mineral Point, Missouri 63660-8512.

Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
