Brice Minx of Potosi, Missouri was born on Monday, April 29, 1946 in Potosi, Missouri a son of the late, Ollie Frances (Brimm) Minx and Arthur H. Minx. Brice departed this life on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at the Potosi Manor Nursing Home, Potosi, Missouri having reached the age of sixty-four years, three months and five days.
Brice is survived by three sisters, Betty Bobo of Potosi, Missouri, Frances Bliss and husband Delbert of Potosi, Missouri, Ruth Winkleman and husband, Jim of DeSoto, Missouri; two brothers, Bernard Minks and wife, Betty of Lonedell, Missouri, James Minx of Stanton, Missouri; also surviving are other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, Brice was preceded in death by three sisters, Nancy Minx, Shirley Kirby and Anna Thomas.
Brice enjoyed working with tools and was always making some sort of crafts. He loved spending time with family and friends, who will greatly miss him.
Visitation was held Wednesday, August 4, 2010 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Thursday, August 5, 2010 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
A Funeral Service was held Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 1:00 PM at the Moore Memorial Chapel with Reverend Gary Petty officiating. Honoring Brice by serving as pallbearers were: Bryan Bliss, Mike Winkleman, Mike Frantzen, Kenny Kirby, George Brimm and Jimmy Kirby.
Final Prayers and burial took place in the New Masonic Cemetery, Potosi, Missouri.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
