Pamella Joy Neff, age 69, of Richwoods, MO, died Saturday, February 1, 2025.

She was the daughter of the late Floyd Tibbitts and the late Florence Tibbitts. She is survived by One Daughter: Jennifer Gould, Richwoods, MO, One Sister: Betty Tibbitts, Three Brothers: Brian Gould, Richwoods, MO, Steven Siegel, Potosi, MO, Richard Tibbitts, Ten Grand Children, Seven Great-Grand Children and many other relatives and friends.
