Christina Lynn Portell (Smalley)

Christina Lynn Portell of Potosi, Missouri was born November 2, 1970 in Park Hills, Missouri, a daughter to the late Leonard Smalley and Wava (Ramsey) Smalley. Christina departed this life Friday, May 20, 2022 having reached the age of 51 years, 6 months and 18 days.
Christina is survived by her daughters, Michelle Johnston and Danny of Potosi, Heather Dillion and wife Brandi of Bismarck, Missouri, Danielle Rutledge and husband Matt of Potosi, April Wade and husband Brian of Mineral Point, Jessi Portell of Farmington, Missouri; son, Timothy Johnston and wife Tina of Cedar Hill, Missouri; husband, Jesse Portell of Potosi; sister, Patricia Ruops and husband Steven of St. Genevieve, Missouri; 12 grandchildren, Chris, Aidan, Micah, Drake, Hunter, Brexton, Eliana, Gunner, Connor, Stryker, Bryer, Laney and many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Christina was preceded in death by her brother, Leonard Smalley and sisters, Judith Johnston and Carol Gonzales.
Christina loved flowers and was blessed with a green thumb. Her flowers were admired by all and she loved showing them to everyone who passed by. She also enjoyed playing Bingo with her children, listening to all types of music and spending precious time with her grandchildren. She was a loving, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. Her memory will be forever cherished by her family and friends.
