Ellen Louise Pratt (Glore)

Ellen Louise (Glore) Pratt of Irondale, Missouri was born February 23, 1933 in Irondale, Missouri, a daughter to the late Curtis A. Glore and Esther Geraldine (Osborn) Glore. Ellen departed this life Friday, January 8, 2021 having reached the age of 87 years, 10 months and 16 days.
On June 5, 1949, Ellen was united in marriage to the late Edward Pratt and they were blessed with fifty two years and many wonderful memories together. Edward preceded Ellen in death on October 20, 2001.
Ellen is survived by her sons, Larry Pratt and wife Danette of West Monroe, Louisiana, Danny Pratt and wife Linda of Basehor, Kansas; brother, Johnny Glore of St. Louis, Missouri; sister, Barbara Pruitt of Irondale, Missouri; eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents and loving husband, Ellen was preceded in death by her brother, Curtis Glore, Jr.; sister-in-law, Helen Glore and brother-in-law, Lloyd Pruitt.
Ellen enjoyed the many gifts of Mother Nature, particularly fishing. She loved to travel and see new places and meet new people. She always had her camera with her during her travels and took many pictures to document her trips. She also loved taking pictures of her friends and family. Family is what was most important to her and she treasured every moment she spent with her family. She was a loving wife, mom, and grandmother, who loved to spoil her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by those who loved her.
