MAXINE E. RANDALL OF UNION, MISSOURI, FORMERLY OF RICHWOODS, MISSOURI, WAS BORN MARCH 18, 1906, IN LEWISBURG, TENNESSEE, A DAUGHTER OF THE LATE MINNIE (JONES) KING. MAXINE DEPARTED THIS LIFE AT SUNSET NURSING HOME IN UNION, MISSOURI, ON SEPTEMBER 10, 2000, HAVING REACHED THE AGE OF NINETY-FOUR YEARS, FIVE MONTHS AND TWENTY-THREE DAYS.
MAXINE WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO CECIL RANDALL ON DECEMBER 14, 1934, IN ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI, HE PRECEDED HER IN DEATH ON JUNE 15, 1994.
MAXINE IS SURVIVED BY ONE SON, ELBERT MOORE AND WIFE ROSE LOUISE OF HIGH RIDGE, ONE DAUGHTER, LORAINE COURTWAY AND HUSBAND RAYMOND "SHORTY" OF UNION, TEN GRANDCHILDREN, EIGHTEEN GREAT GRANDCHILDREN, TWO, GREAT GREAT GRANDCHILDREN, DAUGHTER-IN-LAW, EUNICE MOORE OF LOUISIANNA, MISSOURI AND BY MANY OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. IN ADDITION TO HER PARENTS AND HUSBAND SHE WAS ALSO PRECEDED IN DEATH BY ONE SON, JAMES MOORE.
MAXINE WAS A LONGTIME MEMBER OF THE APOSTOLIC CHURCH IN JESUS CHRIST. MAXINE BETTER KNOWN AS SISTER RANDALL LOVED TO SPEND TIME AND VISIT WITH THE PEOPLE OF THE COMMUNITY. MAXINE HAD THE MINISTRY OF GOD CLOSE TO HER HEART AND ALWAYS TOOK TIME TO SHARE HIS WORDS WITH ANYONE SHE SPOKE WITH. MAXINE ENJOYED EMBROIDERING AND SPENDING TIME WITH HER FAMILY.
VISITATION FOR SISTER MAXINE WAS HELD TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2000 FROM 10 A.M. TO 1 P.M. AT THE MOORE FUNERAL HOME, POTOSI, MISSOURI. FUNERAL SERVICES WERE HELD TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2000 AT 1 P.M. AT THE MOORE MEMORIAL CHAPEL, WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS PROVIDING THE SERVICES. SERVING AS PALL BEARERS WERE ANNA VANCE, ELAINE BOYER, WRONDA SMITH, MICHELLE EMILY, MELISSA VANCE, DONNA GAMBLE AND MICHELLE BETS. BURIAL AND GRAVE SIDE SERVICES WERE HELD AT 1:45 P.M. TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2000 AT THE HORINE CEMETERY IN RICHWOODS, MISSOURI UNDER THE DIRECTION OF MOORE FUNERAL HOMES, POTOSI, MISSOURI.
