FRED REANDO
FRED NICHOLAS REANDO OF OLD MINES, MISSOURI WAS BORN TUESDAY, JULY 24, 1923 IN OLD MINES, MISSOURI A SON OF THE LATE CORA (PORTELL) AND NEWTON REANDO. FRED DEPARTED THIS LIFE ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2001 AT THE AGE OF SEVENTY-EIGHT YEARS, THREE MONTHS AND FOURTEEN DAYS.
FRED IS SURVIVED BY TWO SISTERS, ALMA AUBUCHON AND HUSBAND ANDREW OF CADET, MISSOURI, RUTH WATSON AND HUSBAND EARL OF OWENSVILLE, MISSOURI; A DEAR AND SPECIAL FRIEND, MARION BEHR OF HILLSBORO, ;9MISSOURI; MANY NEICES, NEPHEWS, COUSINS AND OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. IN ADDITION TO HIS PARENTS, FRED WAS ALSO PRECEDED IN DEATH BY ONE SISTER, DIANE ALLEN; SIX BROTHERS, DONALD, CHESTER, TOM, CARL, JIM AND WALTER REANDO.
FRED ENJOYED WORKING ON THE FARM, ALWAYS READY TO HELP A NEIGHBOR WITH FENCE OR THE COWS. HIS LOVE FOR THE OUTDOORS GUIDED HIM TO WORK HIS LATER YEARS WITH THE U.S. FORESTRY SERVICE.
FRED ENJOYED HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND ALWAYS FOUND TIME TO SPEND WITH THEM ALL.
VISITATION WAS HELD AT 1:00 TO 9:00 ON FRIDAY NOVEMBER 9, 2001 AT THE MOORE FUNERAL HOME IN POTOSI.
FUNERAL SERVICES WERE CONDUCTED AT 11:00 ON SATURDAY NOVEMBER 10, 2001 AT ST. JOACHIM CHURCH WITH FATHER FRED PIEPER OFFICIATING. BURIAL WAS IN THE ST. JOACHIM CEMETERY UNDER THE DIRECTION OF MOORE FUNERAL HOME, POTOSI.
SERVING AS PALLBEARERS WERE, PHIL AUBUCHON, LEE REANDO, KENNY REANDO, MIKE BEHR, RON ALLEN AND BRUCE CARTER.
