FRONIE BROWN REED
FRONIE BROWN REED OF EUFAULA ALABAMA, FORMALLY OF IRONDALE MISSOURI, WAS BORN AT ELVINS, MISSOURI ON JUNE 14, 1914. SHE WAS THE DAUGHTER OF THE LATE JOHN BROWN AND RACHEL (HAMPTON) BROWN PARROTT. FRONIE DEPARTED THIS LIFE AFTER A LONG ILLNESS AT CROWNE HEALTH CARE IN EUFAULA, ALABAMA ON MARCH 7, 2001 HAVING REACHED THE AGE OF EIGHTY SIX YEARS.
SHE IS SURVIVED BY TWO SISTERS; GOLDIE AND DOVIE WOOD OF FLORISSANT, MISSOURI; DAUGHTER IN LAW, BETTY REED; FIVE GRANDCHILDREN; KENNETH REED AND WIFE SUSAN OF WETUMPKA, ALABAMA, JOHN CURTIS REED OF WETUMPKA, ALABAMA, MONA REED BAILEY OF PRATTVILLE, ALABAMA, TERESA REED WATKINS AND HUSBAND JOHN OF EUFAULA, ALABAMA AND REBECCA REED OF EUFAULA, ALABAMA; TEN GREAT GRANDCHILDREN AND TWO GREAT GREAT GRANDCHILDREN ALL FROM ALABAMA, AND MANY NIECES AND NEPHEWS.
FRONIE HAD BEEN A LONG TIME COOK AT THE IRONDALE SCHOOL.
HONORING FRONIE AS PALLBEARERS WERE CURT REED, CHRISTOPHER SANSONE, VINCENT SANSONE, RANDY DAVIS, TIM BEARD AND TERRY PHILLIPS
FUNERAL SERVICES WERE HELD SATURDAY, MARCH 10, 2001 AT 1:00 PM AT THE MOORE MEMORIAL CHAPEL WITH REV. MICKEY DAVIS OFFICIATING. BURIAL WILL BE IN THE HOPEWELL CEMETERY UNDER THE DIRECTION OF MOORE FUNERAL HOMES, POTOSI, MO.
