ALICE G. THEBEAU OF CADET, MISSOURI WAS BORN AT OLD MINES, MISSOURI ON FEBRUARY 1, 1909. SHE WAS THE DAUGHTER OF THE LATE GEORGE AND JOSEPHENE (BEQUETTE) BOURISAW. ALICE DEPARTED THIS LIFE AT THE POTOSI MANOR NURSING CENTER IN POTOSI, MISSOURI ON APRIL 25, 2001 HAVING REACHED THE AGE OF NINETY-TWO YEARS, TWO MONTHS, AND TWENTY-FOUR DAYS.
ALICE WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO THE LATE NICHOLAS "NICK" JOSEPH THEBEAU NOVEMBER 16, 1932 AT THE ST. JOACHIM CATHOLIC CHURCH IN OLD MINES, MISSOURI
SHE IS SURVIVED BY TWO DAUGHTERS; MILDRED M. BOURISAW AND SPECIAL FRIEND JIM ROBISON OF CADET, NORMA JEAN COLEMAN AND HUSBAND VINCENT OF POTOSI, TWO SONS; GEORGE RUSSELL THEBEAU AND WIFE ANN OF ST. LOUIS, PAUL THEBEAU AND WIFE RITA OF CADET, TWELVE GRANDCHILDREN AND SIXTEEN GREAT GRANDCHILDREN, DAUGHTER-IN-LAW BETTY THEBEAU OF CADET. IN ADDITION TO HER PARENTS SHE WAS ALSO PRECEDED IN DEATH BY TWO SONS; JAMES "BLUE" THEBEAU AND BERNARD THEBEAU, SON-IN- LAW PAUL BOURISAW, FOUR BROTHERS; HAROLD, RAYMOND, IVAN, AND BOB BOURISAW, SISTER-IN-LAW GRACE BOURISAW AND TWO GREAT GRAND DAUGHTERS ANASTASIA AND ALISHEA HOCHSTATTER.
ALICE LOVED TO COOK AND FEED ALL THAT WOULD STOP BY FOR A SPELL. SHE ENJOYED QUILTING AND EMBROIDERING. ALICE LOVED TO SPEND TIME WITH HER FAMILY AND EACH OF THEM HELD A VERY DEAR PLACE IN HER HEART.
VISITATION WAS HELD AT 2:00 P.M. ON THURSDAY APRIL 26, 2001 AT THE MOORE FUNERAL HOME IN POTOSI.
FUNERAL SERVICES WAS CONDUCTED AT 11:00 A.M. ON FRIDAY APRIL 27, 2001 AT ST. JOACHIM CHURCH WITH FATHER TED PIEPER OFFICIATING. BURIAL WAS IN THE ST. JOACHIM CEMETERY UNDER THE DIRECTION OF MOORE FUNERAL HOME, POTOSI.
SERVING AS PALLBEARERS WERE FRED THEBEAU, MICHAEL THEBEAU, KENNY COLEMAN, JIMMY COLEMAN, JASON THEBEAU, AND JUSTIN AUBUCHON.
