Mary Louise Thebeau (Smith)

Mary Louise Thebeau of Ironton, Missouri departed this life on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at her home surrounded by the love and care of her family and her husband Ron at her side. Mary was born February 19, 1941 in St. Peters, Missouri.
Mary was united in marriage to Ronald Thebeau on April 16, 1966 in St. Louis, Missouri. They were blessed with fifty three years of love and happiness and four children born to the union.
Mary is survived by her loving and caring husband Ron Thebeau of Ironton; two daughters, Laurie Lewis of Winfield, Missouri and Sabrina Thebeau and Fiancé Roger Hedrick of Potosi; two sons, Donald Thebeau of Potosi and Chuck Thebeau and wife Brenda of Potosi; five special grandchildren, Ruby Smith, Daniel Lewis, Desiree Thebeau, Isaiah Thebeau and Josh Thebeau and three great grandchildren and by many other dear and special relatives and friends. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Eugene Smith and Mathilda Louise (Koester) Smith; one sister, Sharon Karr; three brothers, Thomas Smith, Allen Smith and David Smith; daughter-in-law, Pam Thebeau and son-in-law, Paul Lewis.
Mary loved to cook and was well respected for her BIG Sunday Dinners! She greatly enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing and all the gifts of Mother Nature, especially watching the humming birds. She was always ready for a road trip and hoped it would include a trip to her favorite place, Pierre Marquette State Park. She would relax coloring and listening to Christian music. Her greatest time was spent with her friends and family and always enjoyed the chance to make new friends.
A kind and Loving women who meant so much the world to so many, she will be forever loved and remembered.
