Mary J. Thebeau of Old Mines, Missouri was born on Wednesday, October 14, 1942 in Old Mines, Missouri a daughter of the late, Helen Marie (Mercille) Thebeau and Neil Zeno Thebeau. Mary departed this life on Saturday, March 15, 2008 at her residence having reached the age of sixty-five years, five months and one day.

Mary is survived by two sisters, Rita J. Politte of Old Mines, Missouri, Catherine A. Dickey and husband, Richard of Potosi, Missouri; two brothers, Bernard E. Thebeau and wife, Shelley of Annapolis, Missouri, Neil R. Thebeau of Old Mines, Missouri; also surviving are nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by one brother, George L. Thebeau.

Mary attended the St. Joachim Catholic Church, Old Mines, Missouri. She enjoyed watching television, especially soap operas and doing word puzzles. Mary collected angels and loved spending time with her family, nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation was held Monday, March 17, 2008 from 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM and Tuesday, March 18, 2008 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Moore Funeral Homes, Potosi, Missouri.

A Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at 1:00 PM with Father Ted Pieper officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Tim Politte, Jared Politte, Jordan Politte, Alex Morgan, Keith Blankman, Neil Blankman, Brian Politte and Josh McCreary.

Final Prayers and Burial took place in the St. Joachim Cemetery, Old Mines, Missouri.

Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
