Ronald Trent, Sr. of Cadet, Missouri was born on Friday, January 14, 1949 in St. Louis, Missouri a son of the late, Bernice D. (Hurt) and Roy C. Trent, Jr. Ronald departed this life on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at his residence having reached the age of sixty-four years, one month and seven days.
Ronald was united in marriage to Kay L. Watkins and were blessed with two children.
Ronald is survived by one daughter, Ronda Trent of Cadet, Missouri; one son, Ronald Trent II and wife, Christina of Cadet, Missouri; one sister, Rita Sulzer and husband, Joe of St. Louis, Missouri; five grandchildren, Joshua, Jocelynn, Jacob, Jeremy and Jennifer. In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his wife, Kay L. Trent.
Ronald was a current member of the Leadwood Masonic Lodge # 598. Past Worshipful Master of the Overland Occidental Masonic Lodge and a PAG of Job’s Daughter Bethel # 36. Ronald will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A Celebration of Life Reception and Dinner will be held Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 6:00 PM at the DeSoto Christian Church.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 7:00 PM at the DeSoto Christian Church, DeSoto, Missouri.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
Ronald was united in marriage to Kay L. Watkins and were blessed with two children.
