Beulah Angela Weeks of Farmington, Missouri was born on July 26, 1922 in Redford, Missouri a daughter of the late, Netta Ann (Evans) Thurmon and Edward Thurmon. Beulah departed this life on March 13, 2012 at the Presbyterian Manor, Farmington, Missouri having reached the age of eighty-nine years, seven months and sixteen days.
Beulah is survived by one sister, Ola Sinclair Parker of Farmington, Missouri; three grandchildren, Betsy, Sarah and Mary Weeks; also surviving are nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, Beulah was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Weeks, one son, Gregory Weeks, two sisters and nine brothers.
Beulah was a member of the Caledonia United Methodist Church and the Caledonia Order of the Eastern Star. She was a teacher at the Valley R-6 School District for many years and loved helping children better their futures. Beulah enjoyed working on the farm and helping with church activities at Caledonia United Methodist Church.
A Graveside Service was held Friday, March 16, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Caledonia Methodist Cemetery, Caledonia, Missouri.
Burial took place in the Caledonia Methodist Cemetery, Caledonia, Missouri.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
